The 2d3 online support system provides support customers with a library of information relating to 2d3 products.There is also the oportunity to log specific problems to be dealt with by a support technician efficiently.  If you do not have a 2d3 online support account then you can apply for one by filling out the registration form below. Your login and password will be sent to you by email. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: We aim to help all customers, but the support service we provide is exclusivly for customers who have a valid support contract.

Hype

HYPE - boujou's automated tracking system will take many common tracking problems in its stride. It also has a range of tools to deal with complex tracking challenges including radial lens distortion. In many cases distortion is easy to deal with from within boujou but for some shots, where distortion is complex or non-uniform, we recommend the use of Hype by visual appliance. Hype allows you to easily create undistorted images from plates suffering from the most difficult to deal with distortion before you begin to track with boujou or bullet.
